Grace Fine

LMFT-A

Grace sees clients at the Greenville location.

Grace Fine believes that the stories we carry shape how we see ourselves, navigate the world, and connect with others. These stories influence our beliefs, desires, relationships, and how we go about making meaning when we encounter suffering. She hopes to create space for you to identify these stories, as identifying the story allows us to change it (if we want to).

Grace’s approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. She strives to offer a steady, grounding presence where you can feel safe to explore, wonder, laugh, and weep. She is a systemic therapist by training, which means that she views people within the context of their relationships and environment. Our behavior or distress makes sense when viewed in context. Grace draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including narrative therapy, parts work, attachment-based approaches, and somatic principles, to support clients in reconnecting and restoring goodness in their lives. She is also Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 certified, which informs her work with couples by providing practical tools to strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and deepen intimacy.

Grace works with teens, adults, couples, and perinatal/postpartum women. She is here to support you as you navigate through life transitions, changing family dynamics, processing painful or traumatic experiences and reconnecting with a sense of aliveness after you have been living in survival mode.

Grace earned her bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Southern Adventist University and her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse University. She completed her clinical training at Emerge Family Therapy in Greenville, South Carolina, where she had the opportunity to serve individuals, children, couples, and families.

In Grace’s free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their son in the great outdoors, going on runs, and reading epic fantasy novels.
