Isabelle’s therapeutic approach is rooted in a humanistic, person-centered philosophy. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship—grounded in trust, empathy, and mutual respect—is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. Her style is warm, collaborative, and honest, often incorporating a good sense of humor to help clients feel at ease. Isabelle is passionate about walking alongside her clients as they explore their stories, reconnect with their values, and move toward greater self-awareness and emotional well-being.

Drawing from modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, Isabelle tailors her work to meet the unique needs of each individual. Throughout her time in both in-patient and private practice settings, she has had the privilege to experience supporting adolescents, young adults, older adults, couples, and veterans.
