Molly sees clients at the Spartanburg location.

Molly believes therapy shouldn’t feel intimidating or performative. You don’t need the “right” words or a polished reason for being here. Anxiety, overthinking, emotional shutdown, or dissociation are not flaws; they are ways the nervous system adapts to survive. Together, therapy explores early roles, family dynamics, and the unspoken rules we learned growing up, without labeling or judging them.

Molly grew up in upstate New York and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Brockport, as well as a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse University. Her trauma-informed approach is shaped by her work in residential treatment settings, where she witnessed how instability and unmet attachment needs impact mental health.

Molly believes therapy works best when it’s grounded in genuine human connection. She prioritizes safety and trust, working moment by moment with what unfolds in the room so therapy isn’t just about talking through life, but experiencing and understanding it in real time.

Her work is rooted in family systems and generational patterns. Focusing on how early roles and relationships shape people’s image and worldview, she works with individuals, couples, and families, especially those who grew up fast, adapted early, or learned to carry a lot while appearing “fine.” Deeply empathetic and spiritually grounded, Molly loves and supports all people, including those marginalized or ostracized by society. She understands the importance of acknowledgment and acceptance in all forms. Therapy focuses on helping clients feel more present and connected, supporting a return to self-love; not by becoming someone new, but by returning to parts of themselves that learned to hide,or adapt, in order to survive. She embodies the same dynamic, self-reflective approach she encourages in clients, guided by her personal philosophy to continually assess, adapt, and live intentionally.
