Nikki Lee is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and Alcohol and Drug Counselor Candidate who brings a warm, relational, and whole-person approach to therapy. Before becoming a therapist, Nikki worked as a somatic movement specialist, integrating mind-body connection work with communities both domestically and internationally. These experiences deepened her understanding of how the body stores information and shaped the way she approaches therapy today; with attention to the emotional, physical, and relational parts of each person’s experience.
Nikki works with individuals ages 18 and older and integrates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and attachment-based therapies into her practice. She is currently working toward certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor and has extensive experience supporting individuals navigating addiction and recovery. Nikki views addictive behaviors not as the problem itself, but often as a symptom of deeper pain, unmet needs, trauma, or disconnection.
Her work focuses on helping clients move beyond shame and toward understanding the root causes of their struggles so lasting healing and change can happen. Her therapeutic style is warm, honest, direct, and often humorous. Nikki believes that while the work of therapy is not always comfortable, it should always feel safe and grounded in trust. She is passionate about helping clients bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
