Rickia is passionate about helping people reclaim their purpose, despite the trauma or mental health concerns. Finding meaning and clarity regardless of life challenges can help clients experience new outlooks, new purposes and meaning while becoming more empowered, resilient, and living authentically.

Rickia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has a Masters in Counseling.

Rickia is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associated working with individuals and families. She has experience working primarily with Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault survivors and with juveniles and families.

She works with all ages, primarily focusing on trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting needs, anger management, relational issues, PTSD and mood disorders. Rickia continues to focus and complete training in trauma and disorders.

When she is not doing therapy, she enjoys spending time with her family, in the outdoors, traveling and running her business.

Therapy is not about fixing you, it's about helping you to heal yourself.
