Rosie Smith

LPC-A

Rosie sees clients in the Spartanburg location.

Rosie considers it a privilege to sit with clients in their most vulnerable and difficult moments. She believes therapy to be a sacred space where trauma-informed care combined with genuine connection can lead to healing in every area of a client’s life.

Rosie is from Nashville and has experience counseling children, teens, and adults. She incorporates treatment techniques like TBRI, CBT, ERP, and DBT in her sessions. Rosie is passionate about counseling from a faith-based, holistic perspective that allows for the integration of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual principles in a client’s life. She also believes it is essential to make sure each client feels accepted and valued in whatever background or worldview they have.

Rosie received her Master’s in Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College in 2022. She gained experience working with adopted children and their families in her internship, while her working experience exposed her to a diverse range of presenting issues, from grief and PTSD to personality disorders. Before becoming a counselor, she worked as a behavior technician at an autism clinic.

In her free time, Rosie loves to be outside, especially spending time with her husband and dog. She also enjoys reading, cooking, thrifting, and playing music.
