Zarina Graham
LPC
Zarina sees clients at the Greenville location.
Zarina is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, teens, and families to help them understand and shift patterns that may be causing stress or conflict. She creates a supportive environment where clients can feel safe to explore emotions, improve communication, and build healthier relationships.
She holds a counseling degree from The College of New Jersey. Her background includes years of experience in school settings, where she supported students through emotional and behavioral challenges, taught mental health education, and responded to crises with care and skill. Zarina draws on evidence-based approaches while considering how stress and early experiences shape each person’s emotional world.
Having lived in multiple countries—including Uzbekistan, Egypt, Pakistan, and Japan—Zarina brings a deep respect for cultural differences and the unique experiences of every family. She offers therapy in English and Russian and is especially passionate about helping families navigate life transitions, mood-related concerns, and cultural identity.
Zarina works collaboratively with caregivers, children, and individual adults to support growth, resilience, and stronger relationships both within the family and within oneself.
